Dans le cadre de l’animation de la communauté et du développement de ses activités, PremiumPeers a mis en place des groupes thématiques et des initiatives de développement.
Ces groupes de travail (do-tank) ont pour objet d’échanger sur des thématiques de transformation et de structurer des points de vue spécifiques de la communauté des membres de PremiumPeers. Ils sont un des dispositifs de création d’initiatives de développement et de prospection client associée pour engager des missions de transformation.
Ces groupes ont aussi pour objectif de favoriser l’émergence et la constitution d’initiatives de développement et de sujet de transformation spécifique pour commercialiser les expériences et méthodes de la communauté de PremiumPeers auprès de ses clients actuels et futurs.
Les groupes thématiques et les Initiatives de développement sont animées par les associés et les membres actifs de PremiumPeers et se tiennent mensuellement dans les locaux de PremiumPeers.
